The sign of Chiron says which cohort you belong to; the house says WHERE that touches your life. They are two different questions, and in this series the second one is not worth more than the first: it is worth on its own.
And the size of the cohort changes with the sign — only in Chiron. Its orbit is eccentric: near the Sun it runs, far from it it crawls.
