The 9th house pairs with the 3rd, the word of daily life. Whoever has Neptune here searches for meaning far away — and the bill arrives on the opposite end, as impatience with small agreements and with the conversation of whoever is close.
When the 9th house dominates, the 3rd empties out: great truths and no practical agreement with the neighbour. And when the 9th closes, the 3rd becomes the entire world — information with no frame. The adjustment is bringing the same seriousness of the search into the ordinary day.
