What the house of the North Node says in your birth chart

The sign of the North Node says in what manner; the house says WHERE. They are two different questions, and in this series the second one has an advantage the first does not.

Because the sign of the Node is almost cohort information. It takes 567 days in each sign — a year and a half —, so everyone born within eighteen months has the same one. What are the challenges of North Node in the 11th house

There are two, and they are opposites: the excess is the person who dissolves into the cause and loses her own outline, and the deficiency is someone who turns every group into an audience. The opposite house is your South Node

Here the opposite house is the other point of the same pair. The South Node is always 180 degrees from the North — so with the North Node in the 11th house, your South Node is in the 5th house, and always will be.
